- Collecting reports on problems of schools in villages
- Getting the details of NRIs from village level committee

Village committee responsibilities
- Identifying the problems of the school to prepare a report
- Collecting the details of NRIs/ Industrialists/ Businessmen/ Donors to submit it to Mandal Level Committee
- Attending meetings organized by Mandal Level Committee to submit reports.
Mechanism of prioritizing problems to solve on need base
- First phase: Along with minor repairs in all schools, the walls of every school across the district are painted with attractive colors and subject-specific pictures are drawn to display for the benefit of student’s conceptual understanding.
- Second phase: Provide drinking water by equipping every school across the district with a water filter plant.
- Third phase: addressing the issues reported by Mandal Level Committee
- Fourth phase: Providing materials related to Library and Science Lab
- Fifth phase: Required equipment to conduct digital classes and to facilitate e-learning/ supply of sports materials/ martial arts (karate) classes for the self-defense of girls/ yoga and music classes
Note: The District Level Committee only can decide to solve any specific problem in any school on need base regardless of the ordinal phases of priority.
